As a general rule BIG SHOULDERS need lots of work! Don't make the mistake of going too heavy when training shoulders - this is a really easy area to get a bad injury and if you damage your shoulders it is really difficult to do any upper body training at all. We generally would recommend sets of between 10-15 reps of the following exercises:

SIDE RAISE
FRONT RAISE
OVERHEAD PRESS
