Female Muscle Building - ABS - to get a six pack all you need to do is lots of sit ups!!! Yeah Right!!! Doing lots and lots of sit up will probably only mean that you get a bad back!! To get great looking Abs as a woman you need a combination of the correct diet, training and supplements. Our entire philosophy is that when it comes to women's weight training and body building there is no such thing as "one size fits all" - we firmly believe that in order to attain the BEST RESULTS you need a program designed specifically for you.

Mostly you will never see your Abs if they are covered in a layer of fat - as a general guideline we would recommend a diet/supplementation program along the following lines:

Before Breakfast: A serving of HYDROXYCUT
Breakfast: Porridge mixed in with one scoop of Vanilla Protein
Mid-Morning: Protein Shake
Lunch: 6 to 8 oz. of grilled chicken with ½ cup of brown rice and 1 cup of steamed broccoli or side salad
Mid-Afternoon: Protein Shake
Evening Meal: Grilled salmon with a large salad or grilled vegetables
Before Bed: Protein Shake or Stallone Pudding (half a tin)
